1. Payment will always be made AFTER THE SKETCH to give you an extra chance to possibly back out

3. When i start the colouring process, you are not allowed to issue a refund. (Unless you are having some sort of personal money issues.)
4. If i am not done your commission and you close all form of contact without letting me know, you will NOT get a refund.
